The Lobob's Story...
Lobob's Cafe started out as a small shack at the end of a small ranch road one day kind of long ago. We have expanded, but still remain doing buisness from our small shack at, you guessed it, the end of a small ranch road. When people ask for the story behind the name, we just tell them that it just came to us. "Lobob's Cafe".

Our Mascot
Macmillan (picture to the right) came to us in the summer of 2002, as a gift from our founders, Logan Mims, Jenna Mims, And Thomas Long. He is a West Highland White Terrier, and loves to clean up food dropped on the floor. Mac is an inspiration to us all about not wasting perfectly good food.

Coming Soon from Mims-Long Enterprises...
Mims-Long Enterprises (parent company of Lobob's) recently announced that within the next 5-10 years, they would be going public with blueprints for a new themed restaurant, "Road Rage". The restaurant would combine great music, comedic skits, and of course a lot of rage from the road, to make a fun outing for anyone age 1-100; with a menu to agree. More news coming soon.

Macmillan
Our mascot, Mac, has a paragraph just for himself (upper left) entitled: "Our Mascot" (what else). In other words: READ IT.
